Install Benarit Bid Tool<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Download Benarit Bidtool<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Once the download is complete click the BenaritBidTool.exe file to run the installation.<\/li>\n
  3. Click Yes to allow the setup program to proceed.<\/li>\n
  4. A setup wizard opens. Click Next.<\/li>\n
  5. Check the “I accept the terms of the License Agreement” box and click Next.<\/li>\n
  6. The setup wizard shows the folder to which the program will be installed. Click Install.<\/li>\n
  7. A message appears when the installation is complete. Make sure the “Run Benarit BidTool” box is checked and click Finish. Benarit Bid Tool opens.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Bidding<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. After installation is complete, a shortcut to run Benarit Bid Tool is created on your desktop. Double click it to run Benarit Bid Tool.<\/li>\n
    2. When Benarit Bid Tool opens, click Open File.<\/li>\n
    3. Browse to the folder where the bid file is stored. The bid file has a *.bnr extension. Select the bid file and click Open.<\/li>\n
    4. The bill of quantities is displayed. Double click the section you want to open, then double click the subsection to see its articles.<\/li>\n
    5. You can fill your prices for each article in the Unit Price column.<\/li>\n
    6. To move from one section to another, click the title of the section you’re currently in and in the section list double click the section you want to open.<\/li>\n
    7. To set a discount, click the General Discount button. Click the % column and set your discount. To go back to the section list click the Prices button.<\/li>\n
    8. You can also set a discount for a section using the Section Discount button.<\/li>\n
    9. Once you’re done filling your prices and discounts, click the Lock\/Reopen button. This will prevent editing your bid.<\/li>\n
    10. After your bid has been locked, you need to print it (or create a PDF file of your bid) by clicking the Print button.<\/li>\n
    11. To exit Benarit Bid Tool click the door button on the bottom right corner of the screen.<\/li>\n
    12. Send via email the bid file (the file with the *.bnr extension) and the PDF file to the project owner.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
